Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Your hour session for EMDR therapy or other psychotherapy services is reserved specifically for you. Please note that insurance does not cover the cost of appointments that do not happen, nor the preparation time incurred prior to your trauma counseling session.
$100
If you do not show up for your scheduled EMDR therapy appointment, and you have not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee for our psychotherapy services, including trauma counseling.
